Privacy notice
What LatestOK keeps—and why.
Effective 3 September 2026
Information we process
We store creator account details, client and project labels, review content, uploaded images, invited reviewer details, comments, decisions, timestamps, limited browser details, and salted shortened network-address hashes used for security.
How we use it
We use this information to run the review workspace, verify creator email addresses, recover accounts, identify invitation holders, preserve version-specific decision records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service. Account emails may be processed by our transactional email provider. Recovery archives may be kept in private object storage. We do not use reviewer content to publish to social accounts.
Private links
A reviewer link is a secret access link. Anyone who receives it can view that reviewer’s review and act as that invited person. Creators should send each link only to its intended recipient and revoke it if it is exposed.
Storage and deletion
Data is retained while the creator account remains active and as needed for service security. Creators can permanently delete their workspace from Account. Operational backups may retain protected copies for a limited recovery period before rotation.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting [email protected]. The account owner is responsible for having an appropriate reason to upload client content and invite reviewers.
