Your responsibility
You must have permission to upload the content and reviewer information you provide. Keep creator credentials and private review links secure, and do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive material.
Decision records
LatestOK records the invitation used, current version, response, timestamp, and limited technical evidence. These are operational approval records, not electronic signatures, legal advice, or a guarantee that a decision is contractually enforceable.
Service boundaries
LatestOK does not publish content to social networks and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Uploaded images may be converted for reliable review and efficient storage.
Suspension and deletion
Access may be limited when needed to protect users or the service. You can permanently delete your workspace from Account. We may also remove inactive or abusive accounts in line with the privacy notice and applicable law.
